Overview
Powder coatings are a type of coating that are VOC exempt and free flowing 100% dry solids powders. Powder coatings are applied electrostatically and then cured at high temperatures or with ultraviolet light to allow flow and form a “skin” creating a hard finish that is stronger than conventional liquid paint. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form.
We offer a wide range of binders, fillers, extenders and pigments used in powder coatings applications
